After two weeks of sustained record breaking prices, silver today has breached the £1000/kg mark for the very first time. That's a market price of £1 per gram for 999 silver.

Today's LBMA midday silver fix was £1002.14/kg or £31.17/oz.

Gold has also maintained it's top level pricing with the record fix so far coming on the morning fix of September 10th 2025 with £2693.60/oz (£86,601/kg).

These record breaking prices seem sustained and are underpinned by global economic and geopolitical concerns.
