As silver continues to suffer due to lack of liquidity at the London Metal Exchange, gold continues to surge. 

In the past week, gold went through 94, 95, 96, 97, 98 and even missing 99, gold this morning hit a new record high of £100.03/gram (£3120/oz).

Meanwhile, with record high prices and spot price touching £40/oz earlier today, the "silver squeeze" causes frustration for those trying to sell the white metal.
